Adam Neutzsky-Wulff directs this thriller starring Estella Warren, William Baldwin and Sarah Butler. With his actress wife Emily (Warren) recovering from a traumatic experience, Robert (Baldwin) takes her for a relaxing break on a sun-drenched island to recuperate. The plan backfires spectacularly when a distressed young woman (Butler) arrives at their holiday home covered in blood and relating a tale of her boyfriend's gruesome death. Robert believes they have no option other than to help the girl, but Emily is suspicious of the stranger and believes they are in danger.
