Svyatoslav Podgaevskiy co-writes and directs this Russian horror in which a man's life hangs in the balance after an encounter with an evil mermaid (Sofia Shidlovskaya). Roman (Efim Petrunin) is unaware that the woman he met by the lake is not only inhuman but is a young woman who tragically drowned centuries before, only to transform into a wicked mermaid hell-bent on claiming the lives of men who reject her love. His girlfriend, Marina (Viktoriya Agalakova), must help Roman to fight the curse or risk losing him forever to the wrath of the mermaid.
