The film follows Ryan (PJ McCabe) and his pregnant wife Claire (Brianne Moncrief) as they move into their new home in Southern California. What the blissfully unaware pair don't realise is their perverted, new landlord Gerald (Neville Archambault) is keeping an eye on their every move with his tiny, strategically placed cameras.
