Director Sean Stone's found-footage horror follows a group of young filmmakers who discover more than they bargained for when they explore an abandoned psychiatric hospital. Determined to investigate the rumours that its patients were subjected to acts of barbaric and inhumane treatment, the group descend deep into the hospital's lower levels. But as they work their way through the crumbling rooms, they suddenly become aware that they are not alone. Finding themselves confronted by powerful supernatural forces that prevent them from leaving, the group realise, too late, that some things are best left undisturbed.
