Romantic comedy starring Brandon Routh as Scott, a man who finds himself single and alone after his flatmate moves out and his girlfriend ends their relationship. Determined to make a fresh start he invites Ryan (Jesse Bradford) and Mary (Sophia Bush), who seem to be the perfect couple, to move in with him. Things, however, do not turn out quite how he imagined, and when he meets the beautiful Leslie (Jennifer Morrison) he finds that his new flatmates seem less than eager for romance to blossom.
