Canadian drama starring James Cromwell and Geneviève Bujold. The film follows New Brunswick farmer Craig Morrison (Cromwell) as he sets about building a more suitable home for him and his wife Irene (Bujold), who has recently begun showing signs of dementia. Throughout the construction, they are visited by a local building commisioner who places a number of hurdles in the way of Craig realising his dream home. With his wife's mental condition in drastic decline, can he finish the house in time to spend their final years together?
