Disney-Pixar animation featuring the voice talents of Jamie Foxx and Tina Fey. New York City music teacher Joe Gardner (Foxx) has always dreamed of becoming a successful jazz musician. However, when he is given the chance to play with legendary bandleader Dorothea Williams (Angela Bassett), an untimely accident leads Joe to leave Earth for the Great Before.
