Dolph Lundgren stars as an ex-con battling a deadly shark attack in this US thriller. After illegal animal trafficker Clint Gray (Lundgren) is released from prison, the bull shark he abandoned in Lake Tahoe before his incarceration rises up to viciously attack the locals in the tranquil town of Alpine Lake, Nevada. Police officer Meredith Hernandez (Sara Malakul Lane) teams up with biologist Peter Mayes (Michael Aaron Milligan) to investigate the attacks and they quickly discover not just one but a whole family of predators lurking in the lake. While Clint is hunted by a gangster eager to get his shark back, Meredith and Peter enlist Clint's help in stopping the carnage. Can he prove himself to be the unlikely hero the town so desperately needs?
