Thriller about an undercover drugs agent who goes native. Remaining deep undercover for the past eight years, narcotics agent Nick (Daniel Wu) works as understudy to 'Banker' (Andy Lau), boss of the Hong Kong heroin trade. Although he has enough evidence to convict, he's told to remain in place in order to find out Banker's superior. But as time rolls on, Nick finds himself blurring the edges of his former life and his new role, as he increasingly assumes the persona of a drug trafficker, whilst having to make some very difficult choices.
