Shô Kosugi stars in this martial arts action thriller. In search of a new life, ninja warrior Akira Saito (Kosugi) leaves Japan for America with his wife and two kids. After buying a restaurant, Akira encounters the corrupt cops of L.A. and the powerful mob that controls them.
