Rhys Frake-Waterfield writes and directs this slasher horror which serves as the fifth instalment in the Twisted Childhood Universe franchise. After the death of his parents, James (Cameron Bell) is sent to live with his grandfather Geppetto (Richard Brake), who promises to build him a friend who will never abandon him. When the sentient wooden puppet Pinocchio (voice of Jude Evan Lloyd) is finished, he is desperate to become a real boy, but he will need to gather human organs and body parts if he is to succeed in his dark quest.
