Spaghetti Western starring Burt Reynolds. A group of outlaws, led by Mervyn 'Vee' Duncan, (Aldo Sambrell) arrive in the town of Esperanza, and are hired by a crooked doctor to carry out a train robbery. However, the sole survivor from one of their village raids, a renegade Navajo named Joe (Reynolds), is determined to stop them but is caught and tortured for his troubles. The brave citizens of Esperanza, under siege by the bandits, risk their lives to free Joe, who is their only hope of surviving.
