Hong Kong action drama directed by Cheh Chang. The film follows a group of warriors appointed by the government to put an end to the killings of a vicious masked gang who are terrorising the countryside. The group, led by Chi San Yuen (Sheng Chiang), track the gang down to a small town where they enlist one of their former members, Kao Yao (Phillip Chung-Fung Kwok), to help take them down. However, with their number quickly dwindling, the warriors must strike fast if they are to put an end to the mercenaries' reign of terror.
