Kevin Sorbo and Lara Jean Chorostecki star in the title roles of this Biblical drama. After their baby son is born, Joseph and Mary, along with their rabbi Elijah (Steven McCarthy), must protect their child from King Herrod (Lawrence Bayne), who plans to slaughter all male children under two-years-old. When they eventually think it's safe, Mary and Joseph return to Nazareth to raise their boy, Jesus (Lucius Hoyos/Joseph Mesiano), but they face yet more persecution at the hands of the Romans.
