Jennifer Lopez and Jon Voight star in this action horror directed by Luis Llosa. Terri Flores (Lopez), Steven Cale (Eric Stoltz) and Danny Rich (Ice Cube) are part of a film crew who have travelled to the Amazon jungle to make a documentary about a long-lost indigenous tribe. When they cross paths with the mysterious Paul Serone (Voight), he offers to guide them to the tribe they are seeking, but his true goal is soon revealed. He is determined to capture a giant anaconda and his quest places the lives of everyone in the group in peril. The cast also includes Owen Wilson, Jonathan Hyde and Kari Wuhrer.
