Fast-paced action movie starring Michael Madsen as a CIA agent assigned the task of stopping a gangster's murderous revenge spree in Amsterdam. The mysterious JD (Rik Sinkeldam) was kidnapped and tortured by a group of criminals in the hope that he would spill the beans on the identity of a powerful crime boss.
