Australian comedy drama in which bushman Mick 'Crocodile' Dundee (Paul Hogan) is tasked with taking care of beautiful New York journalist Sue Charlton (Linda Kozlowski) on assignment in the Outback. Attraction quickly flares between them and when Mick saves her from the jaws of a marauding crocodile, Sue asks him back to the States where he is an instant hit with jaded New York society. Mick soon learns that bush tactics also work in the urban jungle as he tries to adapt to city life.
